You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Send a deletion request by email

Send an email to with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include your account email

In the body of your message, include the email address linked to your QuranInMe account so we can identify it.

We process your request within 7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

  • Memorisation progress (all pages, all hifz states)
  • Subscription status and premium access
◆ Active Stripe subscription: if you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before submitting your deletion request to avoid future charges. You can manage your subscription from within the app.
