Allah facilitated the Quran
for the one who seeks
وَلَقَدۡ يَسَّرۡنَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ لِلذِّكۡرِ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّكِرٖ
"We have certainly made the Quran easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?" — repeated 4 times in Surah Al-Qamar (54:17,22,32,40)

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتۡلُونَ كِتَـٰبَ ٱللَّهِ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَنفَقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَـٰهُمۡ سِرّٗا وَعَلَانِيَةٗ يَرۡجُونَ تِجَـٰرَةٗ لَّن تَبُورَ
"Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah, establish prayer, and spend from what We have provided them — secretly and publicly — can expect a profit that will never perish." — Fātir: 29
